Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Shopmerge, a Shopify embedded app designed to connect a Shopify store to an Etsy shop for inventory sync and order import. By installing or using Shopmerge, you agree to these terms.

Service description

Shopmerge maps Shopify variants and SKUs to Etsy listing variations, syncs inventory quantities from Shopify to Etsy, and imports Etsy orders into Shopify. The service provides job logs and visible error states to help users identify and fix issues.

User responsibilities

• You are responsible for your store setup, SKU correctness, and listing structure.
• You must use Shopmerge in compliance with Shopify and Etsy policies and applicable law.
• You are responsible for the actions you initiate, including manual sync runs.

Limitations

• In v0, listing content fields such as titles, descriptions, tags, and pricing are not synced unless explicitly stated in the product.
• Sync depends on third party platform availability and API limits.

Availability and changes

We may update or modify the service over time. We may suspend access for abuse, security issues, or policy violations.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as is basis without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that third party platforms will not change.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopmerge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the applicable period.
